It is impossible to exchange/refund if package components (e.g. hangers, suitcases, shopping bags, special coupon cards, etc.) are missing and the tag of product is removed or all products are damaged.

In addition, in the case of certain (limited release) products notified in advance, it is impossible to exchange & refund due to the nature of the product.


1. In case that the product is lost or damaged due to the fault of the consumer (except when the packaging is damaged to check the contents)

2. In case that the value of product has significantly decreased after the consumer used the product

3. In case that the value of product has significantly decreased to such an extent that it is difficult to re-sell it after over time

4. In case that the packaging of an object that can be reproduced is damaged

5. In case that product that is individually produced according to a consumer's order is put into production


It is possible to request for return due to a simple change of mind or mistake within 7 days from the date of delivery.

(Based on standard CJ Logistics, the consumer must pay the cost of 8,000 won for round-trip delivery cost)
